Management guidance construction phase

The residence, a historical building located in the Bussum city centre, has been completely stripped on the inside. Subsequently, it has been rebuilt and refurnished in such a way that the rooms, common spaces, facilities and building services are completely attuned to the needs of the villa’s residents. For example, the building contains nine sleep and living rooms, four bathrooms, a common living room and kitchen, a washing room and a TV/hobby space. The residence and the garden are completely wheelchair-friendly; an elevator provides an alternative connection between the floors and the building is provided with modern domotics.

The second floor is rebuilt into an apartment where the couple managing the housekeeping and guidance lives permanently.

As part of her corporate social responsibility, Aronsohn Management has advised the OKI Foundation, helping her manage the project during the construction phase.
