The project amounts to approximately 28.000m2 GFA and will house the Faculty of Law starting in 2017. The building counts 13 storeys (including a basement) designated for education, office spaces, a library, parking, horeca and expansion with an entry building, including a new bridge and quay. The project is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 concerns asbestos abatement, demolition, rough construction, and construction of the new façade. Phase 2 concerns the entire interior configuration, including building services.

Aronsohn Management provides project management and administration for the works of phase 1, and for the production information phase, procurement and construction of phase 2.
