The property consists of a 2-layer basement parking, storage rooms and technical areas serving the offices and the apartment building. The current entrance and exit to the basements will be demolished and recreated as part of the ground floor of this building. The Oosterdoksstraat will be built on 14 m above street level with a massive steel construction with a cantilevered NE corner of 23 m.

The apartment building is of reinforced concrete, however it is built on a table of steel 10 m above street level. The office consists of a substructure to level 4 with a wide variety in utilisation and an open construction with V-shaped columns, and above it an office with a relatively standard rhythm. The building has a 20 m depth in which a column grid of 8, 4 x 8, 4 m 2 is applied.

The floors consists ofso-called 1.2 m wide ribbed floor slabs, with a span of 8.4 m. In order to make a low floor weight possible, the slabs are of reinforced concrete without pressure layer. The basements on the north and west side will connect to the existing basement built in 2004 and 2008.
