The contractors for the realization of the NoMA House are Dura Vermeer Midden Bouw West in conjunction with Installatie Combinatie NoMA (Klimaatservice Holland BV and Van den Pol Elektrotechniek B.V.). Aronsohn Management provided project management, contract administration and quality assurance. The contract was realized using the phases A-B method: (A) verification of the Final Draft and (B) the realization of the construction of the office building.

The building is extremely energy-efficient (Breeam Outstanding) and supremely flexible, which makes it easy to implement new layout concepts in the future. NoMA House meets the exacting demands that international leading organisations make in terms of flexibility, mobility, connectivity and identity. As NoMa House is a smart building, it is possible to to regulate the lighting and temperature with a smartphone, as well as occupation registration and climate control.

NoMA House is highly adaptable: the layout, technology and design can easily be adapted to match new preferences in the building’s use as well as new insights into individual and cooperative styles of working.
