All foundations are foundations on steel, with a prestressed insulated hollow-core slab floor laid over a crawling space above the foundation structure. A column structure is applied here, since in each building all building services are situated on the ground level floor where an open, moderately flexible space exists. On top of that, loadbearing walls are constructed—most of them concrete and some of them sand-lime brick. All level floors consist of wide-slab floors, which in general have been applied with no ceiling.
