Opening sustainable new DIFFER building

On Thursday 19 November 2015, Sander Dekker (State Secretary for Education, Culture and Science) and Ellen Williams (director of ARPA-E) opened the new building of the energy research institute DIFFER. In this highly sustainable building, the institute can expand its research into solar fuels and fusion energy with new scientific teams and new facilities.

Aronsohn Management was involved in this project from the start until post occupancy and provided complete construction management, as well as contract administration and quality supervision. Aronsohn Management also managed the European procurement.

Construction of NoMA House

The site on the corner of Parnassusweg and Gustav Mahler Laan is part of a land exchange between the city of Amsterdam and SAX Vastgoed. In preparation for the land exchange and the start of the construction of the office building NoMA House, this area is from 19 October 2015 prepared for development. This means for instance that the southern part of the forest along Parnassusweg is cut. Please read the full article here.

New building Gershwin Brothers

Gershwin Brothers” is the name of the residential building which will be built early 2016 at the corner of the Buitenvelderselaan and Boelelaan. The project includes 159 free sector rental apartments, designed by the architects LEVS. Our client is SAX Vastgoed. Please read the full article here.
