Aronsohn offers earthquake expertise

As part of ‘AHA-SDR Seismic design and retrofitting’, a combination of Aronsohn and Italian partners Hydea and AEI Progetti, Aronsohn offers expert earthquake advice that can be of use in the Dutch Groningen province (among other areas), which was recently shaken up with tremors.


Aronsohn is moving!

‘Vacuum canoe’ wins innovation award

During the European Concrete Canoe Race in Rotterdam, study association KOers presented a canoe that has been developed using a vacuum. For this feat, the students of the Eindhoven University of Technology were awarded with the innovation award. Aronsohn has been sponsoring such activities of KOers for many years. We congratulate the Eindhoven University of Technology students with winning the ‘Vacuum canoe’ innovation award. Saturday June 13th 2015 marks the tenth edition of Construction Day in the Netherlands. In the past few years, Construction Day has grown to be a major public event in the Netherlands.


Wind turbine blades interpreted as Joint Strike Fighter

The Nieuwersluis Fort has recently become home to an impressive work of art. Artist Zoro Feigl has created an interpretation of combat airplane Joint Strike Fighter by balancing two wind turbine blades on a slim column. The wind causes the blades to move.
