Impressive steel structure Erasmus Medical Centre

Between May 4th and 15th, the steel structures for Erasmus Medical Centre’s Atrium 3 have been assembled. As a whole, the steel structure is meant to carry floors 8 to 13 and connect department West 1 to West 2. The columns rise approximately 32 meters high, reaching from the cellar level to the 8th floor.

Construction of HollandPTC started

In Delft, construction of the first proton therapy centre in the Netherlands has commenced. With this centre, proton therapy will become available to cancer patients in the Netherlands by mid-2017.
